New Student Recreation Center

Campus Recreation is very excited to further meet student fitness, health and recreational needs with the building of a new Student Recreation Center. This $26 million facility will be approximately 100,000 square feet. The groundbreaking is in July 2009 and estimated completion date of October 2010.

The facility will house a fitness area along with an aquatic center. It features two basketball courts, workout area, two aerobic rooms, free weight area, running track, multi-purpose court, two racquetball courts, indoor soccer, volleyball and large event area. The Aquatics Center will have a 25 yard lap pool, a one meter diving board, leisure pool, therapy pool and sauna.
